Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Residential Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our cleaning services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering thorough, high-quality cleaning services to residential properties, ensuring every home is left spotless, sanitized, and refreshed. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a passion for cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning tasks in residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and basements.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish all surfaces such as floors, walls, counters, furniture, and fixtures.
• Conduct heavy-duty tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, oven and refrigerator cleaning, and baseboard scrubbing.
• Follow customized checklists and client instructions to ensure each home meets quality standards.
• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely.
• Identify areas in need of special attention or repair and report them to supervisors or homeowners.
• Use eco-friendly and professional-grade cleaning products as required.
• Respect client privacy and uphold a high standard of professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Ensure all work is completed within allotted time frames and to client satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and cleaning protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential or commercial deep cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
