How can I get a quote?
Simply fill out our signup form, and one of our representatives will call you to book a survey if needed and if not needed they will share the quotation. After the survey is completed, we will provide you with a quote.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
No, for general and deep clean services, you’re only charged based on the actual time spent by the cleaner in your home. If they finish early, you won’t be charged the full amount quoted.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
Yes, if you are a new client, one of our representatives will visit your house to assess the cleaning needs and determine the appropriate quote.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes, cleaning supplies are included by default. We provide the necessary products to ensure satisfactory cleaning based on the unique conditions of each house.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away, and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We stand by our satisfaction guarantee.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
If you cancel the service after making an advance payment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total invoice will be charged.
Are There Any Hidden Charges?
No. There are no hidden charges.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings, but depending on availability, we can often accommodate this request.
What are your working hours?
We work between 9am -8pm.
Are You Available On Weekends?
Yes, we are available on weekends; however, there will be double charges for services provided during weekends.
What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?
If you need to change your cleaning appointment, please provide us with a 24-hour notice. We will try to accommodate your requested time and date based on our team’s availability.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
It’s completely up to you. If you won’t be home, please let us know how to access your house by calling us.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. If your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to inform you of the estimated arrival time.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
A 70% advance payment is required at the time of booking, and the remaining 30% will be charged once the service has been completed.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?
A standard cleaning includes:
- Floor Mopping
- Kitchen counter cleaning
- Appliances dust off
- Washroom Commode, fittings, sink, mirror cleaning
DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?
Yes, we provide the necessary cleaning supplies. However, if you request special materials, additional charges may apply.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning, as well as move-in and move-out cleaning. You can find more information by visiting our website’s Services page.
HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?
For general cleaning, we typically send one cleaner to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.
If it’s a deep cleaning, Move In/Out or construction Clean up then we will send team (more than 2 cleaners) based on the size of the location and condition of the house.
ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews.
Do you move furniture around?
No. We don’t move furniture around because that adds extra time in to cleaning process and we don’t want to charge for that time to client.
Do you do dishing or laundry?
NO. we don’t do dishing and laundry. Being a cleaning company we only focus on cleaning.
