General Questions
How can I get a quote?
Please fill the signup form and our representative will call you to book a survey and once survey is done we will share a quote with you.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
If it’s a General/Deep clean service then No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
Yes, if you are a new client then one of our representative will visit the house to assess the need of cleaning and check the condition of the house so we can quote accordingly.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. Cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures cleaner uses the product to give you satisfactory cleaning service as different house conditions are different.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
If you cancel the service after making an advance payment then 10% of total invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Are There Any Hidden Charges?
No. There are no hidden charges.
Scheduling Questions
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
What are your working hours?
We work between 9am -6pm.
Are You Available On Weekends?
Yes we are available on the weekends but charges are double.
What if I need to change my cleaning appointment?
You need to give us 24 hours notice and appointment will be changed to new requested time and date with subject to team’s availability.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by calling us.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
70% advance is required for the booking and remaining 30% will be charged once the service has been completed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?
Here is a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a standard cleaning.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?
Yes we provide cleaning supplies- however if client request for the special material then extra charges apply.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.
HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?
If it’s a General cleaning then only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.
If it’s a deep cleaning, Move In/Out or construction Clean up then we will send team (more than 2 cleaners) based on the size of the location and condition of the house.
ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews.
Do you move furniture around?
No. We don’t move furniture around because that adds extra time in to cleaning process and we don’t want to charge for that time to client.
Do you do dishing or laundry?
NO. we don’t do dishing and laundry. Being a cleaning company we only focus on cleaning.
